Standard Labs ships research orders across Canada from British Columbia. Shipping is $15 CAD, or free when your product total reaches $159 CAD or more after discounts. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.

• Fulfillment Origin: Dispatched directly from British Columbia, Canada.
• Domestic Delivery: Zero customs clearance exposure or cross-border delays for Canadian researchers.
• Dispatch Target: Eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are targeted for same-business-day dispatch after payment confirmation and order verification. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on statutory holidays are targeted for dispatch the next business day. Dispatch may take longer during busy periods.

Information and Responsibilities

To ensure smooth transit and chain of custody, fulfillment responsibilities are shared between Standard Labs, the courier partner, and the receiving researcher.

• Recipient Accuracy: The purchaser is solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping credentials at checkout (including suite numbers, buzzer codes, and unit details). Standard Labs is not liable for misdeliveries resulting from address entry errors.
• Address Modifications: Destination changes must be submitted and confirmed prior to 2:00 PM EST on the date of dispatch. Once an order manifest has been processed and tracking credentials have been generated, route adjustments cannot be made.
• Return to Sender: Shipments returned due to failed delivery attempts, incomplete addresses, or non-collection from local postal outlets are subject to a standard $15.00 CAD re-processing and reshipment charge.

Payment, Processing & Tracking

Orders enter our fulfillment queue after successful payment confirmation and order verification. Accepted payment options are shown at checkout. Tracking details are included in your dispatch confirmation email when we mark your order as dispatched. A shipping label may be created before the parcel is handed to the carrier; please allow 4–6 hours for initial carrier scans to display online.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free-shipping eligibility: The $159 CAD minimum is based on your product total after all discounts and coupon codes. Shipping charges do not count toward this minimum. Eligibility is recalculated when you add or remove products, change quantities, or apply or remove a coupon. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your order qualifies.

Packaging Standards & Damaged Inquiries

• Discreet Packaging: All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded, durable packaging. Neither the label nor the exterior packaging references peptides, chemical names, or research compounds.
• Transit Damage Claims: Damaged product claims must be filed within 48 hours of courier delivery confirmation. Please submit clear video documentation of the unsealed parcel, packaging slip, and compromised vial to our support desk for immediate review.

Rights, Changes, and Limitations

• No Physical Returns (Biochemical Integrity): Due to strict laboratory compliance standards and the sensitive stability of lyophilized peptides, all sales are final once an order departs our facility. To safeguard chemical integrity and chain of custody, compounds cannot be returned, restocked, or resold.
• Carrier Operations & Delivery Timelines: While our fulfillment team aims to dispatch all orders before our 2:00 PM EST daily cutoff, Standard Labs does not warrant courier transit timelines once parcels are in carrier possession. We are not liable for downstream delays resulting from adverse weather, transportation network disruptions, or regional sorting backlogs.
• Missing Shipments: Parcels showing no tracking activity for 7 consecutive business days will be reviewed with the courier. Confirmed lost packages are eligible for a one-time replacement order.
• Policy Modifications: Standard Labs reserves the right to alter carrier partnerships, dispatch schedules, and shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
