2. Research Use Only (RUO) Classification

The biochemical compounds cataloged on this Site are manufactured and sold exclusively under the classification of Research Use Only (RUO):

• Prohibited Uses: No compound purchased from Standard Labs may be introduced into humans or animals in any clinical, domestic, or agricultural manner. Any indication or inquiry regarding in-vivo human self-administration, dosage for consumption, or off-label medicinal use will result in immediate cancellation of the order, permanent account termination, and blacklisting.
• Chain of Custody & Safety: The purchaser warrants that they operate in or collaborate with a facility equipped with appropriate bio-handling safety controls (fume hoods, personal protective equipment, appropriate disposal systems) and possess the qualified training required to handle synthetic peptides and biochemical reagents safely.
• No Medical Guidance: Information provided on product listings, third-party analytical Certificates of Analysis (COAs), or customer support channels is strictly descriptive and analytical. No information provided constitutes medical, biological, or experimental advice.

3. Purchaser Warranties & Age Eligibility

By navigating this Site and completing a checkout transaction, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are fully aware of and compliant with all federal, provincial, state, and local laws governing the procurement, possession, and hazardous-material handling of chemical and peptide compounds.
• You will not resell, export, redistribute, or compound any product obtained from Standard Labs for consumer or personal retail applications.

4. Accounts, Membership & Promotional Offers

When creating an account on our customer portal:

• Account Integrity: You must provide accurate, current, and verified billing and dispatch credentials. Maintaining password confidentiality remains your sole responsibility.
• New Account Incentives: Promotional discounts (including our $25 welcome registration credit) are restricted to one redemption per unique customer/household. Exploiting promotional vouchers via duplicate accounts, fake email addresses, or automated generation scripts constitutes a material breach and results in voided orders.
• Termination: Standard Labs reserves the unilateral right to refuse service, suspend portals, or delete customer accounts without prior notification if suspicious activity or breach of compliance is identified.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment Verification

• Pricing Errors: All product listings and pricing are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. While we maintain real-time inventory checks, we reserve the right to correct typographical pricing discrepancies or cancel orders placed under incorrect price entries.
• Payment Authorization: We accept verified payments via Interac e-Transfer, recognized credit networks, and approved digital assets. Orders remain on hold until full payment clearance is confirmed by our accounting desk.
• Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel an order before dispatch manifests close. Once an order is handed to the courier or assigned an active transit barcode, orders cannot be recalled or stopped.

6. Shipping, Transit & Title Transfer

Our logistics and domestic dispatch parameters are governed by our active Shipping & Fulfillment Policy:

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding marks, logos, vector icons, custom UI software, graphics, photographic product renders, and documentation displayed on standardlabs.io are the exclusive intellectual property of Standard Labs and protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws. Reproduction, duplication, or public scraping without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Express Disclaimer: Standard Labs, its directors, officers, employees, suppliers, and laboratory contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The handling, storage, improper usage, or non-laboratory contact with any research peptide or biochemical compound.
• Any experimental failure, laboratory equipment contamination, loss of data, or research delay.
• Misdelivery or courier delivery issues arising from inaccurate address information submitted by the user.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Standard Labs and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal fees arising out of your violation of these Terms, your unauthorized use of products, or any breach of regulatory statutes.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.

Any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
