Approved in Russia for anxiety disorders.
Tuftsin analog modulating GABAergic and serotonergic systems.
Inhibits enkephalin-degrading enzymes.
Stimulates BDNF and NGF.

Handling & Stacking
- Intranasal: 1–2 sprays per nostril, alternating sides each dose.
- Use a calibrated nasal pump (100 µL/spray, 100 mcg per spray at this recon) and tilt head slightly back during instillation.

- Freeze-dried: -4°F.
- Reconstituted in saline: 36–46°F.
- Best used within 21 days.
- Discard if cloudy or particulate.
- Community runs Selank nasal spray about ~1–2 weeks when mixed in plain saline (or ~3–4 weeks if made with bacteriostatic water) refrigerated at 36–46°F and kept dark; the saline-versus-BAC split is community convention, not published data, so treat it as an estimate.
