Two Russian nootropic peptides in one vial, Semax (stimulating: focus, clarity, drive) and Selank (calming: anti-anxiety).
Together they give clear-headed calm focus, Selank takes the edge off Semax’s stimulation.
Dose in the morning; usable SubQ or intranasal.
What It Does
Semax modulates BDNF and dopaminergic/cholinergic tone (focus, neuroprotection); Selank modulates GABA/serotonergic tone and immune signalling (anxiolysis without sedation).
Complementary, the calm offsets the stimulation.
Both Russian-approved; no Western RCTs.

Handling & Stacking
Injection site
SubQ abdomen/thigh/upper arm (rotate), or intranasal (alternate nostrils each dose).
Pairs well with
BPC-157 (neurorepair); GHK-Cu (neuroprotective); Alpha-GPC / Citicoline (choline, prevents the day 1–3 headache); L-Theanine (amplifies Selank calm).
Side effects
Headache days 1–3 (Semax, resolves with choline); mild relaxation (Selank); irritability if stacked with stimulants. Generally very well tolerated.
Approved drug
No FDA-approved cognitive enhancer exists (the Semax side). For the anxiety side (Selank), approved options are SSRIs (sertraline, escitalopram), SNRIs and buspirone.

Stop criteria
Headache persisting past the first few days despite a choline source · new anxiety, agitation, or mood destabilization · any allergic reaction.

- Intranasal needs a calibrated pump (100 µL/actuation), discard if cloudy.
