Overview
A short peptide bioregulator (Khavinson) aimed at the brain.
Proposed to support cognition, neuroprotection, and healthy sleep/circadian regulation in brief courses; the brain-targeted member of the bioregulator family.
What It Does
Pinealon is a Khavinson tripeptide (Glu-Asp-Arg, EDR) targeting brain tissue.
It is proposed to support neuronal gene expression, protect against oxidative/excitotoxic stress, and aid cognition and circadian regulation.
Evidence is largely from Russian research; short pulsed courses.

Reconstitution Calculator
Enter the vial amount and diluent volume to calculate concentration. If you already have a target amount, you can also convert it to liquid volume and syringe markings. This tool does not recommend a target amount.
Calculated concentration—Enter both values above.
Optional conversion
Enter a target amount you already have and select the syringe capacity.
Calculated draw—Enter concentration inputs and a target amount.
Mathematical reference only. The calculator does not determine an appropriate target amount. Syringe capacity only changes the maximum volume that fits.

Notes
Course (10–20 days)
Daily
1–2 mg SubQ (up to 10 mg)
SubQ, daytime. Some protocols run higher single doses.
Between courses
–
–
1–3 courses per year.
Cycle & Timing
10–20 day course, 1–3×/year.
Timing
daytime (may be mildly activating). Note: brain-targeted bioregulator; evidence is largely Russian research.
Population Considerations
Unisex peptide bioregulator, short courses, no sex-specific dosing; minimal human data. Avoid in pregnancy.
Handling & Stacking
Injection site
SubQ, abdomen. Rotate.
Storage
Freeze-dried: -4°F. Reconstituted: 36–46°F, best used within ~4–6 weeks (structure-based estimate), which covers the usual course.
Side effects
Generally well tolerated, mild injection-site reaction; possible mild activation if dosed late. Limited human data.
What to expect
Proposed cognitive/neuroprotective support over a course; subtle, preliminary evidence. Supply math 5mg → 8 vials | 10mg → 4 vials (20-day course @ 2 mg/day SubQ)
Active malignancy (theoretical gene-expression effects). Pregnancy
Safety & Patient Education
Contraindications
Active malignancy (theoretical, tissue gene-expression modulation) Pregnancy and lactation Hypersensitivity to the peptide
Warnings
Limited Western clinical data, most evidence is Russian research Mild activation possible, dose earlier in the day Quality varies, request a COA
Drug interactions
No well-characterized interactions Commonly stacked with other bioregulators / nootropic peptides
Labs
None compound-specific; cognitive tracking if that’s the goal
Stop criteria
Persistent injection-site reaction or sleep disruption Any unexpected neurological symptom Pregnancy
Patient education
A short-course, brain-targeted bioregulator; not continuous Dose earlier in the day to protect sleep Evidence is preliminary and largely Russian Request a COA; source quality matters
