Research & reference information

This profile compiles research and community-sourced reference information for educational purposes. Information may evolve as research and community knowledge develop. It is not individualized medical advice.

Overview

Whole-body repair peptide.

Mobilizes stem cells, drops inflammation, and grows new blood vessels.

Usually paired with BPC-157.

What It Does

Preclinical evidence (animal/cell-culture) only; no published human efficacy trials.

Upregulates actin-binding via T4-actin axis.

Reconstitution Calculator

Enter the vial amount and diluent volume to calculate concentration. If you already have a target amount, you can also convert it to liquid volume and syringe markings. This tool does not recommend a target amount.

Calculated concentration—Enter both values above.
Optional conversion

Enter a target amount you already have and select the syringe capacity.

Calculated draw—Enter concentration inputs and a target amount.

Mathematical reference only. The calculator does not determine an appropriate target amount. Syringe capacity only changes the maximum volume that fits.

Protocol

PhaseFrequencyAmountNotes
Weeks 1–42×/week2.5Loading bolus – saturates tissue rapidly. M/Th split (3–4 days apart) standard. Community-consensus loading
Weeks 5–8 /Weekly2.5Maintenance. Sustains tissue levels after loading. Same day each week.
Daily (Wolverine)Daily500Alternative cadence when paired daily with BPC-157 / Wolverine Blend. BPC-157’s short half-life forces daily injection; TB- the full daily stack protocol.
Off4 weeks–Standard washout. Re-cycle if continued tissue work needed.
Cycle & Timing

4 weeks loading + 4 weeks maintenance / 4 weeks off (community standard). Daily-microdose alt: 8–10 weeks daily / 2–4 weeks off (Wolverine-aligned).

Timing

Daily or M-F, anytime; Wolverine partner

Population Considerations

Unisex, same protocol for men and women, no cycle effect. Systemic angiogenic action; theoretical caution with active cancer. Avoid in pregnancy.

Handling & Stacking

Injection site
SubQ abdomen. Systemic action – injection site doesn’t matter.
Storage
  • Freeze-dried: -4°F (years stable).
  • Reconstituted: 36–46°F.
  • Best used within 28 days, otherwise potency gradually fades over ~6–8 weeks (structure- based estimate, no published data).
  • Discard if any cloudiness or colour change.
Side effects
Head rush immediately post-injection (common, brief). Mild fatigue.
What to expect
  • Head rush immediately post-injection is normal.
  • Systemic anti-inflammatory within days.
  • Recovery improvements across all musculoskeletal tissues over 4–8 weeks.
  • Supply math 5mg → 6 vials | 10mg → 3 vials (4-wk load 2.5mg×2/wk + 4-wk maint 2.5mg×1/wk = 30 mg)
Pairs well with
BPC-157 (Wolverine stack – joint, tendon, gut); GHK-Cu (skin healing + collagen); Ipamorelin / CJC No DAC (GH-mediated tissue repair); Thymosin Alpha-1 (immune modulation)
Avoid
Active malignancy (promotes angiogenesis). Pre-existing tumour growth concern. GLOW / KLOW Blend (already contains TB-500 – would double-dose)

Safety & Patient Education

Contraindications
Active malignancy (angiogenic), pregnancy, lactation
Warnings
Theoretical malignancy concern: tissue-repair angiogenesis can also support tumor vascularization PCAC RECOMMENDED it for the 503A bulks list, 8–6 (Jul 2026; advisory, non-binding; FDA rulemaking pending)
Drug interactions
Anticoagulants / antiplatelets (warfarin, DOACs, aspirin, clopidogrel): caution due to vascular activity; no human data Chemotherapy / anti-angiogenic drugs (bevacizumab, lenalidomide, sorafenib): mechanistically opposed; do NOT combine outside oncology supervision VEGF-pathway agents: TB-500 activates angiogenesis, may oppose anti-VEGF therapy BPC-157: complementary mechanism, commonly stacked; same active-malignancy contraindication
Labs
Compound-specific: CBC + CMP baseline; no compound-specific markers routinely required
Stop criteria
New unexplained mass, vascular changes (varicosities, persistent skin discoloration), persistent injection-site reactions
Patient education
All use is off-label; quality varies, request COA Active cancer is an absolute contraindication, angiogenic mechanism can support tumor blood supply Rotate injection sites; cycle 4–6 wks on / 2–4 wks off
